All Sea Cow Clothing products are made to order specifically for you.
We accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at Seacowclothing@proton.me with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.
As all items are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size ordered — please check our size chart before purchasing
- Sale items
- Keychains
For lost packages please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
